Earlier today, I sketched out a new product in 7 minutes flat using content I already had… and in this week’s newsletter, I want to help you do the same.
Because here’s the thing…
You don’t need more ideas. You need better containers for them.
Most people treat content like confetti. They post, publish, email, and forget.
But the fastest way to create a product or offer?
Look at what you’ve already shared and turn it into something paid.
Here’s how to turn your free stuff into $7–$47 offers in under a day.
Step 1: What Have You Already Created?
Take a look at your emails, blog posts, newsletter tips, old lead magnets etc.
Ask yourself…
What helped people? What got replies, shares, or clicks?

Think of ideas like…

Step 3: Package It Fast
Turn it into a PDF. Record a screen share. Build a Notion template. Done is better than perfect. Then list it on Gumroad, Payhip, Etsy, or WarriorPlus.

You’re probably sitting on a product already.
