It has been a very strange week here in the UK with the death of the Queen and especially so in London as people descend from all corners of the globe.

I have not seen London so busy since before the pandemic – I was out with my daughter for my birthday (yes, that happened too!) and everywhere we went was crowded with those who had come because they felt they needed to be in the capital.

This newsletter is a little late because of all that and because I didn’t want to counteract the prevailing, respectful mood.

As such, I’m sharing a selection of useful sites with you as ever but I also hope you will take a little extra time this week to spend with those you love most.

On to those useful sites and let’s start with Gamma which creates slide decks and presentations for you – it’s as easy as writing a Word doc:

But there’s more you can create by simply typing in some text – fabulous images and pics for instance.

Forget stock images and use this:

You can also try Photosonic which is similar:

Want to learn how to type faster? Of course you do – it’s such a useful skill.

And you can do so while learning from any book in the world at the same time with TypeLit:

How about creating an entire website simply by typing?

Amazingly, you can with this:
