This week I want to talk funnels.

No, not the kitchen kind but the marketing kind. And I especially want to talk about these because I just released The Pin Code 4.0 which teaches you how to succeed on Pinterest… (a huge welcome if you’re joining us here through that)…

And Pinterest, along with other social media sites, is so often a great point of entry to a marketing funnel that I thought it would really help you to share some resources on how funnels can work for you and bring that fabled passive stuff into the bargain.

Let’s start with this great explanation of what a funnel is and what it can do for you in so many niches and areas of marketing:

The thing with funnels is that everyone has an opinion on them…and will happily share that with you along with news of the ‘death’ of the funnel etc etc

Yes, funnels have changed and evolved and that’s mostly because people can enter your funnel at so many different points now (social media, for example).

I believe that keeping an open mind and choosing an approach that works for you then tweaking it so it works even better is the way to go…
