If there’s one thing that really exploded during the past year and a half it’s online learning and specifically ecourses.

You’ve no doubt taken at least one and probably several but have you created one of your own?

If not, you’re missing out on an industry that is widely touted to hit 370BN in revenue in the next few years in the US alone.

And if you have but haven’t yet achieved the results you would like then read on…

Because this week I am sharing resources for courses that you can create for nada.

If you’re brand new to the very idea of creating a course, or just need to do it better, then here is an excellent primer:

https://e-student.org/how-to-create-an-online-course/

There is also a great guide here with 10 steps to creating a wildly successful course:

With some more tips here:

While this focuses on creating a course using WordPress:

As far as resources go, you may need slides for your course and my go to places for those are:

Canva – here are some great tips on creating presentations for your course:

It’s worth noting that you can now record presentations in Canva as well.

Google slides are also a good choice and you can access those here:

If you are not using Canva then the open source OBS Studio is an excellent screen recorder and doesn’t put a watermark on your recordings:

Next week I’ll share some tips and resources for promoting your course.

In the meantime, let’s move on to your TED talk which this week comes from Elizabeth Gilbert and will hopefully inspire and motivate you to get creating that course (or anything else)…
