This week, we’re talking traffic – the kind that doesn’t cost a penny but still gets results.
Especially as I’m gearing up to launch ChatGPT Traffic Stack (you’ll be the first to know when it’s going live), I thought it’d be fun (and useful) to share 10 solid strategies to bring in traffic without spending a dime. Perfect if you’re already using ChatGPT Cash Stack or just starting out.
1. Facebook Groups (the right way)
Facebook groups are goldmines if you treat them like communities, not billboards. Don’t drop links. Instead, offer help, ask smart questions, and share small wins or lessons. People notice the value you give and they often click through to your profile to learn more.
ChatGPT Tip: Ask it to write 2-3 casual, helpful comments around your niche.
Prompt: “Write a helpful Facebook comment for someone asking how to create their first lead magnet. Make it friendly and not salesy.”
Try this big list of FB groups for entrepreneurs – they change all the time but many of these are still very active:
2. Reddit (Yes, Reddit)
Reddit users are skeptical of anything that smells like a pitch. But if you lead with value, you can earn serious trust and traffic. Join subreddits where your audience hangs out and become a helpful voice. Answer questions. Share insights. Link only when truly relevant.
Keyworddit helps you find subreddits based on keyword research. Type in your niche and it shows you where conversations are already happening.
3. Answer the Public
You can’t get traffic without knowing what people want. That’s where Answer the Public, one of my favourite ever sites, comes in. It shows you real questions people are searching in your niche. Use those to create posts, freebies, and content your audience is already looking for.
ChatGPT Tip: Ask it to create short, helpful answers to those questions.
Prompt: “Take these 3 search questions and write friendly answers with a call to action for my free guide.”
4. Repurpose Like a Pro
You don’t need new content for every platform. One solid idea can become:
- A Facebook post
- A tweet
- A Pinterest pin
- A TikTok script
- An email
ChatGPT Tip: Use it to turn one paragraph into 5 formats. Just ask: “Repurpose this blog intro into a tweet, email opener, and a TikTok script.”
Repurpose.io helps you automate this process.
5. YouTube Shorts (faceless is fine)
Short-form video gets attention fast and you don’t even need to be on camera. Script your content with ChatGPT, then use free stock footage and voiceover tools to assemble it.
Here’s a good guide to creating shorts without showing your face, including some great ideas for faceless videos:
Try using:
CapCut for editing
Pexels for stock clips.
6. Value Threads on X (Twitter)
Twitter (aka X) is still a great place to build authority fast. Threads that teach something in steps get shared, saved, and clicked.
Here’s how to structure an authority thread – there are tons of examples on X:
- Hook
- Quick context
- Step-by-step lesson
- CTA
And here are some useful tips on creating threads:

7. Publish Freebies on Freebie Sites
If you have created a lead magnet (if not, why not?), don’t just host it on your site – upload it to places like Gumroad and Product Hunt where they have a great library of free resources. You can download as many as you wish and add your own here:

8. Do an Email Swap
Even with a small list, you can trade value. Find someone in a similar niche and offer to promote their freebie or low-ticket product in one of your mailings in exchange for a mention in one of theirs.
Here are some good tips on how to do that:
9. Pinterest for Evergreen Traffic
Pinterest is visual SEO. It’s great for evergreen lead magnets and low-ticket offers. Use Canva to design eye-catching pins and link them to your opt-in page.
You can find a great selection of Canva templates here:

Then use Tailwind or Later for scheduling
10. Quora (still works!)
Quora isn’t dead. In fact, it still shows up high in Google results. Answer questions in your niche with genuinely helpful insights, and drop your lead magnet link only when it fits naturally.

And if you want to use ChatGPT to help, try this…
ChatGPT Prompt: “Write a 3-paragraph Quora answer to ‘How do I start selling digital products?’ with a soft CTA.”
I hope that gave you food for thought along with some things you can try right now. And if you liked this… wait till you see what’s coming in ChatGPT Traffic Stack.
