It’s the long Christmas weekend here in the UK and those people who are not insane enough to be out battling through the sales are going a little stir crazy.

I love this time of year because it’s a pause between all the noise and festivities and a chance to reflect on what lies behind and ahead.

In case you’re doing that, here are some resources to help do that more effectively as well as some outright fabulous freebies just to make you feel good!

First up is this podcast with John Lee Dumas of Entrepreneur on Fire fame. He’s got a book coming out on achieving your goals in just 100 days.

This is his take on how to accomplish your goals and get more stuff done and also on how he plans to promote his book (great fodder for those of you hoping to do just that this year):

With goal setting and the year ahead in mind, you can download both an invaluable workbook and a weekly planning workbook and get some great tips over at Live Your Legend for absolutely nada…not even your email!:

While at Entrepreneur they have even more excellent advice on expanding your life and business in 2016:

Over at I Love Marketing, here’s another podcast well worth listening to on how to scale up your business.

There are fascinating lessons here for us all, especially the ‘overlooked business key to how to make money now’:

If you’d like to add to your skillset for the coming year, there’s an excellent course on SEO reduced from 300 bucks to absolutely zero cost here but hurry because there are only about 12 hours left to grab it (you need to redeem it within that time frame as well):

Mashable’s guide to holiday posting on social media made me giggle but there are some good points in among the humour:
