So I’m sitting in London waiting for a huge storm to hit and typing this to you all in the meantime.
As everyone’s predicting floods, fallen trees and chaos everywhere, I decided the only thing to do was whip up my own version of fish ‘n’ chips for lunch.
Yes, I know we had that last week (and we do eat other stuff, honestly!) but this was homemade and therefore special. It turned out so well I thought I’d share the recipe I used with you, complete with beer batter:
